主要研究方向为场效应晶体管的性能优化以及晶体管柔性电子可穿戴器件的应用,以第一作者和共同一作身份在 Sensors and Actuators B, IEEE Electron Device Letters, Applied Physics Letters 等高水平期刊上发表论文12篇,其中一篇高被引论文,被引频次225次,一区论文3篇(均为TOP期刊),二区论文8篇,其中两篇论文发表在自然指数(Nature Index)期刊Applied Physics Letters上,5篇论文被微电子领域顶级期刊IEEE收录。
